 8th Flotilla out of Fremantle and Subic

I'm looking for information on the British 8th submarine flotilla which was attached to Adm Christie's and later Fife's command. It was under Captain Shadwell in the tender HMS Maidstone.

Specifically, I'm looking for the submarine names, dates they came under USN OPCON, and when they returned to RN control. Thanks in advance!
