Please review my website and look at the painting on it. An artist with the last name Riggs painted it... If anyone has any information on this artist, please advise. I'd really like to get some historical data from him/her - when was it painted, which body of water, etc. etc? My grandfather served aboard this sub from Aug 1945 - Sept 1947...
